White sparkling wine from Burgundy and according to the traditional method (Methode Traditionel), i.e. made as Champagne with the second fermentation in the bottle. Made from the well-known Burgundy grapes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The extra long maturation 'sur lie' gives extra refined and subtle aromas. Lots of fragrance, fine subtle pungent bubbles and complex in the taste with strawberry, toast and mild acids. House of Champagne is also the right place for this delicious sparkling wine.
